1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Berunda’s website/app (“Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use of the Platform. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute a binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”) and Berunda (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Definitions

  • Platform: Berunda’s website/app.
  • Products: All apparel and merchandise sold under the Berunda brand.
  • Services: All activities related to browsing, ordering, delivery, returns, and customer support.

3. Eligibility & Use of Platform

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
  • You agree not to misuse the Platform (fraud, hacking, false orders, or interfering with functionality).
  • By initiating a transaction, you enter into a legally binding contract with Berunda for the purchase of Products.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, graphics, texts, and content on the Platform are proprietary to Berunda. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

  • We value your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data.
  • Payments are processed via secure gateways (UPI, cards, wallets).
  • Never share sensitive details like OTPs or CVV with anyone, including Berunda staff.

6. Ordering & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (including GST).

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship Pan-India. Delivery timelines vary by location.
  • Free shipping may apply above a certain order value (as advertised).
  • Any delays due to courier or unforeseen events will be communicated promptly.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are marked as “Shipped”.
  • No cancellation charges if cancelled before shipment.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible (return policy will apply).

9. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided the product is:
  • Unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags.
  • One free exchange per order is allowed. Subsequent exchanges may incur a nominal fee.
  • Sale/discounted items may have different return/exchange terms, disclosed at purchase.

10. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment mode.
  • If refund to the original mode is not possible, store credits may be issued.
  • Refunds are not eligible for items returned in used/damaged condition.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive for quality but are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the value of your order.
  • Your use of the Platform and Services is at your own risk; you must ensure Products meet your requirements.

12. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify Berunda, its owners, and affiliates against any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse of the Platform, violation of Terms, or unlawful conduct.

13. Third-Party Links

  • The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (social media, payment gateways, etc.). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of such third-party sites is at your own risk.

14. Force Majeure

  • We shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, technical failures, pandemics, etc.).

15. Modifications to Terms

  • We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of our Platform implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
