CANCELLATION POLICY
At BERUNDA, we aim to deliver a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. However, we understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel your order. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have outlined our cancellation policy below:
1. Eligibility for Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled any time before they are marked as “Shipped.”
- Once an order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may instead raise a return request under our Return Policy.
- This policy applies to all items, including those purchased during sales or promotions.
2. How to Cancel Your Order
- Visit our website/app and submit a cancellation request.

- Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email or notification.
3. Cancellation Charges For Prepaid Orders
Before Order Processing:
- A flat cancellation fee of ₹50 per order will be deducted (to cover initial processing charges).
- After Order Processing (but before shipping): A cancellation fee of ₹150 per order will be deducted (to cover delivery partner booking and processing charges).
For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders
- The ₹50 COD confirmation fee paid. during checkout is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Refunds (after deduction of applicable cancellation charges) will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
- COD orders are not eligible for prepaid refunds beyond the COD confirmation fee.
5. Exceptions
- Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
- In such cases, customers may raise a return/exchange request once the order is delivered, as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
