SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Berunda’s website/app.
1. Domestic Shipping (India)
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India.
- Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Dispatch Time: Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- Address Changes: If you need to modify your delivery address, please email us at sales@berunda.in within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package is undeliverable, it may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
2. International Shipping
- Shipping Charges:
North America & Europe: Flat fee of $15 USD.
Middle East: Flat fee of 30 AED (UAE Dirham). - Dispatch Time: All international orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 7 business days.
- Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.
- Customs & Taxes: Import duties, VAT, local taxes, and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer. These may be required to release your package from customs.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. To request changes, email us within 2 hours of placing your order.
3. General Conditions
- Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- Delays: While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
- Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. For refunds and exchanges, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
