Return & Refund Policy

At Berunda, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed and undamaged o In original packaging with all tags intact
  • Products not meeting the above conditions may not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale/discounted items (unless defective or damaged).
  • Gift cards, vouchers, or digital products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.

Return & Exchange Process

1. Initiating a Request:

  • Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.

2. Approval & Instructions:

  • Our support team will review your request and share the return address along with packaging guidelines.

3. Shipping the Item Back

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
  • Ensure the package is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refunds

  • Mode of Refund: Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
  • Processing Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Partial Refunds/Deductions: If the product is not returned in its original condition, a deduction may apply.

5. Exchanges

  • One free exchange is allowed per order.
  • Subsequent exchanges may incur a nominal shipping fee.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size/item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

7. Cancellations After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  • Customers may request a return after receiving the order (as per the return eligibility above).
